Hi, I’m Brianna, the founder of Breathe with Breeze, a new breathwork center in Bemidji, Minnesota. I am a board certified massage therapist, a certified health and life coach, and now a certified trauma informed breathwork facilitator.

What is breathwork? Breathwork is an ancient breathing practice that uses specific breathing techniques to improve your mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. I received my training and certification from Owaken Breathwork. I guide individuals on healing journeys using breath to process emotions, traumas, and energies stored in the body. Our breath can help us heal and reclaim our true power.

I am very passionate about breathwork and am so excited to share this modality of healing with others. Life is hectic and most people are walking around with unresolved trauma stored within their body and cells. My method is to assist my clients on their journey to self-healing by utilizing techniques from my past and present trainings that are both intuitive and integrative. My goal is to help my clients feel happy and balanced by safely supporting them as they let go of what doesn't serve them anymore.
