Activated breathing - Process Trauma - Restorative breathing - Ground and integrate -

In a breathwork session, clients are guided using activated and restorative breathing techniques to access stuck energy, sensations and emotions. This process encourages the release and completion of energy previously unprocessed with the goal being for the client to feel empowered through their own direct connection to their breath and their body. To enhance healing and transformation, I may also use toning, tapping, or touch. A full Breathwork session can take up to three hours and includes teaching the proper breathing technique, discussing intentions or answering questions, going on the Breathwork journey using activated and restorative breathing, then finishing with post-session integration and coaching support. Shorter sessions can also be available and discussed upon request. Breathwork sessions will be held at Breathe with Breeze’s downtown location, but can also be held off-site. The prices listed below are introductory and may be subject to change.

Breathwork Offerings

All clients are required to complete a Breathe with Breeze breathwork waiver. Sessions are limited to those 18+.

  • A one-on-one breathwork session can be completely tailored to your emotional, spiritual, and mental needs and goals. I can accommodate two people at my downtown location, but private individual sessions can also be held in the comfort of your own home. A full (2.5-3 hour session) single individual session costs $246 and a couples individual session costs $369.

Shorter sessions may be considered upon request.

During an in-person session, I can provide hands-on assistance, which is a great added benefit. However, online sessions are also available.

  • Bring up to 10 of your friends, family or coworkers together for a private group session in the comfort of your own home or preferred location. We can breathe into something you all want to manifest together. Venue costs may apply. Group sessions cost $123 per person.

  • Serving within this community is important to me, as I believe that this healing modality should be accessible to those with stressful jobs. Additionally, I aim to honor this land and strengthen relationships within our community. For this reason, I am offering special pricing for local indigenous peoples and tribal members (including Red Lake, Cass Lake, and White Earth), police officers, firefighters, EMTs, and hospice and emergency nurses.

Single individual sessions with qualifying discount cost $222.

Couples sessions with qualifying discount cost $333.

Group sessions with qualifying discounts cost $111 per person with a max of 10 participants.

  • I can accommodate two people at my downtown location. Groups of three or more people will need to be held at another location. I can travel to your site to facilitate individual or group breathwork sessions anywhere within 10 miles of Bemidji for no additional travel cost to you. Sessions held outside that radius may accrue travel cost. Venue rentals may accrue an additional cost.

Take a Breath

It is normal to feel sensitive or energized after a breathwork session, but every session is unique and emotional responses may vary. If you need additional guidance after a session, please do not hesitate to contact me. However, please note that I am not a therapist and post-session assistance is not intended to replace traditional talk therapy.
